What parts would be needed to build a turbo kit?
I don't care if the parts are used, can I get some of these parts at a salvage/ junk yard? How much would the cost total be? What is tuning a turbo, and how much does it cost?
First of you might be better buying a new turbo. Depends on the problem be more specific. But if you want you can buy turbo rebuild kits on ebay or search on the web just depends on your turbo ie garret ihi hks.
