WHAT 2 LOOK 4 B4 I BuY ROVER 75?
I have read several posts here that they have got gasket problem and that K series engine r not good.i really like rover 75 and in my budget i can get it like 2003/04 model in really low mileage under40k. how can i check if the engine is not the k series and how can i avoid the gasket problem? is it a reliable car because iw ill obviously use i as a family car and i travel a lot on motorways. My mind is 60% set for Honda Accord but when i see rover 75 and the luxuries and comfort it has got i can't just ignore it. Also if anyone can tell me about their annual maintenance and as the company is down is there any downside in their servicing or availability of parts? What r they like fuel consumption wise.I have already checked insurance group is 9 for 1.7 to 1.9 am i right?

The K series engine that causes the problems is only fitted to this in 1800 cc 4cylinder
other petrol models have a V6 engine fitted
